On 6th May 2023, the Manatii team was honoured to partner with the Bahamas High Commission for their ‘Road to 50’ independence reception for Prime Minister Philip Edward Davis MP KC, High Commissioner Andy Gomez, and Foreign Minister Fred Mitchell, coinciding with the Coronation of King Charles III.
We had to opportunity to talk to many dignitaries to explain the importance of our charitable mission in Abaco, The Bahamas, following the devastation of Hurricane Dorian in 2019. 🇧🇸
Manatii served up 200 cocktails of our signature Rum Punch, coined ‘The Road to 50 Smash’ for the event, with the bar running dry within the first 3 hours!
This is a monumental achievement for us having only launched 11 months ago. We are looking forward to working closely with the High Commission of The Bahamas and further establishing this partnership in the future.
